My experience with Medical insiders was a real application to hands-on experience with Pharmaceutical Medical affairs .. A Journey full of Passion , Knowledge & connecting with great colleagues & true friends .. Clinical Trial / Medical Strategy Panel assessments & In_The_Lead sessions were the most interesting to me. I think words can’t describe how it was great. For me this program is totally different. Not only for the massive information that covers all aspects about medical affairs career, but also for the more topics that served the purpose and diversity of selecting participants added more value to this amazing journey.

Enriching , exciting and fullfiling, those are the three words that I could think of to describe this memorable experience. As a fresh Graduate and still starting my career I needed something to help me decide what future pathway I wanted to take; MI not just gave me a hands on experience on what the MSL role is but also it broadened my perspective of almost all the other functions in an organization and how they complement each other to serve their goals. I also met amazing people and shared experiences, insights with them and definitely made lifelong relationships.

As i am pursuing Medical as my passion in the pharma industry , It’s been a huge learning opportunity with MI to embark on this journey with such a deep , informative and very comprehensive curriculum that didn’t only allow me to fully understand the role and main deliverables of MSLs but also utilized me with skills and more knowledge to support me in my pursue of the next step in my career.
